Abstract
Holistic health moves beyond addressing mere symptoms, advocating for comprehensive, personalized, and preventative care. This approach integrates diverse therapeutic strategies, considering an individual’s full spectrum of needs—physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. It recognizes that factors like daily lifestyle choices, nutritional intake, and mind-body practices are crucial. Furthermore, environmental well-being, social determinants, and individualized genetic predispositions are seen as integral components. Ultimately, fostering complete well-being means adopting a model that nurtures the whole person within their broader life context.
