Abstract
Palliative care enhances the lives of those facing advanced illness by focusing on patient-centeredness and shared decisions. Integrating PROMs, advance planning, and addressing spiritual needs, improves results. Early integration and access via telehealth is vital. Studies confirm improvements in quality of life and reduced suffering.
