Abstract
Home-based cardiac rehabilitation (HBCR) offers a flexible and effective alternative to center-based programs, improving exercise capacity and quality of life. Telehealth and digital technologies enhance patient engagement and adherence through remote monitoring and personalized feedback. Patient-centered approaches and behavioral techniques are vital for success. HBCR demonstrates comparable efficacy, cost-effectiveness, and positive mental health impacts, expanding access to preventive cardiology.
