Abstract
Systematic reviews and meta-analyses consistently reveal that homeopathy demonstrates potential benefits across various conditions, including gastrointestinal, respiratory, chronic diseases, musculoskeletal pain, and supportive cancer care. It also shows promise for anxiety, depression, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, and in veterinary medicine. However, a significant limitation across these findings is the varying or insufficient quality of existing evidence. Researchers uniformly emphasize the critical need for more rigorous, high-quality, large-scale clinical trials to definitively confirm efficacy, establish clear guidelines, and fully understand its applications. Homeopathic medicines generally appear well-tolerated with few adverse effects.
