Abstract
Advanced HVA Ccontrol, renewable energy integration, and phase change materials enhance energy efficiency. \textit{Radiative
cooling and Artificial Intelligence} (AI) further reduce consumption. Desiccant systems and optimized data center HVAC are ben
eficial. Smart building tech and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) also improve energy management. Enhanced building envelopes
minimize heating and cooling loads for energy conservation.
