Abstract
Physiotherapy is a critical component of intensive care unit (ICU) management, focusing on early mobilization, respiratory care,
and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Its interventions aim to prevent complications associated with immobility and critical illness,
leading to improved patient outcomes, reduced length of stay, and enhanced functional recovery. Physiotherapy addresses issues
such as respiratory compromise, muscle weakness, and delirium, contributing to a smoother recovery and better long-term prognosis
for ICU survivors.
