Abstract
This compilation of research highlights the pivotal role of medical imaging in the diagnosis and management of hematological malignancies. It covers advancements in CT, MRI, PET/CT, and ultrasound, detailing their application in specific conditions like lymphomas, leukemias, and myeloproliferative neoplasms. The utility of diffusion-weighted imaging for early treatment response assessment, the prognostic significance of interim PET/CT in Hodgkin lymphoma, and the role of advanced MRI techniques in bone marrow assessment are discussed. The integration of AI and hybrid imaging, along with the use of ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound, further illustrates the expanding capabilities of imaging in this field.
