Abstract
This compilation of research explores the diverse applications of imaging biomarkers in modern medicine. It covers advancements in neurodegenerative disease diagnosis, oncology treatment response prediction, acute stroke management, prostate cancer characterization, and cardiac fibrosis assessment. The utility of quantitative and advanced imaging techniques, including PET, MRI, and ultrasound elastography, is highlighted. Furthermore, the synergistic potential of radiogenomics and artificial intelligence in developing and refining imaging biomarkers is discussed, alongside their application in neurosurgery planning. These studies collectively underscore the transformative impact of imaging biomarkers on disease diagnosis, monitoring, and personalized therapeutic strategies.
