Abstract
This review synthesizes recent advances in immunodiagnostic biomarkers for various cancers, including hepatocellular carci
noma, colorectal, prostate, breast, non-small cell lung, pancreatic, and gastric cancers. Key biomarkers such as circulating tumor
DNA, microRNAs, exosomes, and circulating tumor cells are highlighted for their potential in early detection, prognosis, and treat
ment monitoring. The collective research emphasizes a shift towards non-invasive diagnostic strategies and personalized medicine,
aiming to improve diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes across diverse malignancies. Significant progress in liquid biopsy
approaches is transforming cancer diagnostics.
