Abstract
Manual therapy for musculoskeletal conditions is advancing through innovations in personalization and technology integration. Current research explores neurophysiological mechanisms, wearable sensors, virtual reality, mechanotransduction, and precision techniques. Emerging approaches include AI-driven personalization, augmented reality for training, fascial system interventions, and biofeedback for motor control. Therapeutic neuroscience education complements manual therapy for improved pain management and functional outcomes.
