Abstract
This review examines the expanding role of complementary andintegrative therapies in modern healthcare. Evidence is presented for the efficacy of mind-body practices, acupuncture, yoga, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, and massage in managing various health conditions, including chronic pain, stress, and anxiety. The potential of these therapies to improve patient outcomes and quality of life, particularly as adjuncts to conventional treatments, is discussed. Emphasis is placed on the need for rigorous, evidence-based research and personalized approaches to treatment.
