Lifestyle: Preventing and Managing Chronic Illness
Received Date: Nov 01, 2025 / Published Date: Dec 01, 2025
Abstract
This body of research examines the pervasive impact of lifestyle on chronic diseases. It underscores that diet, exercise, sleep, and behavioral interventions are crucial for preventing and managing metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and cardiometabolic risks. Studies show positive lifestyle choices also enhance mental health and slow chronic kidney disease progression. Digital health tools offer new avenues for intervention. The findings universally advocate for personalized and public health strategies to address modifiable lifestyle factors, promoting overall well-being and reducing the global burden of chronic illness.
