Abstract
This review synthesizes current research on chronic low back pain (CLBP) management. Exercise therapy, encompassing graded and motor control approaches, is a central treatment. Multimodal physiotherapy, combining various interventions, demonstrates enhanced effectiveness. Psychological strategies and patient education are vital for managing pain-related disability and promoting self-management. Adjunctive therapies offer supplementary benefits when integrated with comprehensive programs. Technological advancements are emerging to improve patient care.
