Abstract
This compilation of research examines modular construction’s sustainability, digital integration, economic viability, and regulatory challenges. It highlights waste reduction, the role of \textit{Building Information Modeling} (BIM), lifecycle costs, and the need for updated building codes. Additional focus is given to labor productivity, risk assessment, circular economy principles, and addressing housing shortages through innovative financing [1-10].
