Abstract
This compilation of research explores the diverse applications and benefits of movement therapy in pain management and func
tional rehabilitation. It examines how targeted exercises, neurophysiological mechanisms, combined manual and exercise interven
tions, and psychological strategies contribute to improved outcomes. Specialized techniques such as aquatic therapy, neuromuscular
electrical stimulation, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation are highlighted for their efficacy. Furthermore, the role of motor
relearning programs and the integration of wearable technology in personalizing interventions are discussed. Evidence suggests that
a holistic and individualized approach to movement therapy significantly enhances patient recovery and quality of life.
