Abstract
This compilatio no frese archexamines diversestrategies for preventing athletic injuries. It highlights the significance of structured
training programs, strength and conditioning, optimal nutrition, psychological well-being, sufficient sleep, appropriate equipment,
effective warm-up protocols, robust recovery strategies, biomechanical analysis, and periodization. Together, these elements form a
comprehensive approach to reducing injury incidence and enhancing athlete safety and performance.
