Abstract
Breast cancer prevention encompasses a range of strategies including lifestyle changes, pharmacological interventions, and genetic risk assessment. Diet, physical activity, environmental factors, and the gut microbiome all play roles in modulating risk. Early detection and personalized approaches are emphasized. Emerging research in epigenetics and breast density further informs prevention efforts, highlighting the need for global, individualized strategies
