Abstract
This compilation addresses the critical issue of occupational cancer prevention. It covers identification and control of workplace carcinogens like asbestos, silica, metal fumes, organic solvents, pesticides, and radiation. The impact of shift work and air quality on cancer risk is examined. Strategies for early detection using biomarkers and the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration are highlighted. Effective prevention requires robust regulations, engineering controls, personal protective equipment, education, and surveillance.
