Abstract
This compilation of studies addresses critical aspects of offshore wind energy, including grid integration, structural and hydro
dynamic design of floating turbines, environmental impacts, and operational strategies. It covers power transmission challenges,
innovative foundation technologies, and the potential for offshore wind to support green hydrogen and ammonia production for de
carbonization. Research also delves into operational efficiency via advanced maintenance techniques and the economic feasibility of
hybrid systems. Environmental stewardship and advanced control mechanisms for optimal performance and grid compatibility are
further emphasized, alongside the role of HVDC transmission in large-scale integration.
