Abstract

This review highlights the critical role of enhanced post-operative recovery protocols, emphasizing early mobilization and mul
timodal pain management. Physiotherapy is central to restoring function and preventing complications, supported by a multidisci
plinary approach and technological advancements like telehealth. Strategies for effective pain management, patient education, and
the potential of specialized interventions are discussed. Early mobilization and engagement in rehabilitation are crucial for optimal
patient outcomes.
