Abstract

This collection of studies explores various facets of post-operative shoulder rehabilitation, emphasizing physiotherapy’s role in
restoring function and managing pain. It covers individualized treatment plans, progressive exercise, and patient education. Specific
protocols for rotator cuff repair, arthroscopic surgery, shoulder stabilization, and total shoulder arthroplasty are examined, along with
adjunct therapies like NMES and kinesiology taping. The impact of psychological factors and management of frozen shoulder are
also addressed, highlighting a comprehensive approach to achieving optimal patient outcomes.
