Abstract
This compilation reviews the critical aspects of paediatric trauma management, emphasizing a multidisciplinary approach for optimal patient outcomes. It covers pre-hospital care, immediate assessment, stabilization, and surgical interventions for various types of trauma, including head, abdominal, and orthopedic injuries. Essential elements such as resuscitation, fluid management, advanced imaging (MDCT), burn care, and psychological support are detailed. Advancements in anaesthetic management are also discussed, focusing on haemodynamic stability and pain control. The collective information stresses the importance of standardized protocols, continuous professional training, and collaborative care to address the complex needs of paediatric trauma patients from initial injury through long-term recovery.
