Palliative Care: Improving Oncology Patient Experiences
Received Date: Jun 02, 2025 / Published Date: Jun 30, 2025
Abstract
Integrating palliative care early in oncology improves quality of life, reduces symptom burden, and enhances communication. Communication training, \textit{Advance Care Planning} (ACP), and telehealth further improve patient outcomes. Spiritual care, family support, music therapy, and bereavement programs also play crucial roles. Effective pain management and early integration of palliative principles in routine oncology are vital.
