Abstract
This compilation explores contemporary advancements in pediatric cardiology, encompassing cutting-edge diagnostic imaging for congenital heart disease, genetic insights into cardiomyopathies, and interventional treatments for structural defects. It highlights the significance of prenatal diagnosis, emerging biomarkers for acquired conditions like Kawasaki disease, and evolving therapeutic strategies for heart failure and arrhythmias in neonates and infants. The collection also addresses complex conditions such as pulmonary hypertension and single ventricle physiology, alongside the critical transition of care for adolescents into adulthood. The overarching goal is to enhance diagnostic accuracy, optimize treatment protocols, and improve long-term outcomes for pediatric cardiac patients.
