Abstract
This compilation reviews current practices and future directions in pediatric emergency surgery. It covers advancements in minimally invasive techniques, multidisciplinary collaboration, and timely diagnosis for conditions such as appendicitis, intussusception, and trauma. The articles also address neonatal surgical emergencies, pediatric gastrointestinal issues, airway management, and the role of simulation-based training. Emerging trends like telemedicine are explored, highlighting opportunities and obstacles in improving pediatric surgical care.
