Abstract

This compilation of research focuses on advancements and current practices in pediatric gastrointestinal surgery. It covers the benefits of minimally invasive techniques, long-term outcomes of laparoscopic procedures, and management strategies for common conditions like intussusception, appendicitis, and Hirschsprung disease. The studies also explore surgical interventions for congenital anomalies and abdominal tumors, address challenges such as surgical site infections, and investigate the role of emerging technologies like robotic surgery. The impact of advanced laparoscopic techniques on pediatric inflammatory bowel disease is also examined.
