Abstract

This compilation of articles reviews significant advancements in pediatric imaging. It covers the application of artificial intelligence in neuroimaging, the benefits of dual-energy CT, and the role of MRI in congenital heart disease. The collection also addresses imaging of pediatric bone tumors, low-dose CT for appendicitis, and preferred modalities for inflammatory bowel disease. Neonatal brain ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound are discussed, along with imaging of pediatric lung diseases and trauma. The overarching theme is the continuous effort to improve diagnostic accuracy, reduce radiation exposure, and optimize patient management in pediatric radiology
