Abstract
This review highlights significant advancements in pediatric urology, focusing on improved diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcomes for various congenital anomalies and acquired conditions. Minimally invasive surgical techniques, including roboticassisted and endoscopic procedures, are increasingly utilized, leading to reduced morbidity and faster recovery. Progress in understanding the genetic basis of congenital anomalies, alongside the evolution of surgical management for complex conditions like bladder exstrophy and improved strategies for incontinence and testicular torsion, underscores a paradigm shift towards more personalized and effective care for pediatric patients. Emerging technologies like 3D modeling and VR further enhance surgical planning and precision.
