Abstract
This compilation of studies addresses critical areas within physiotherapy and movement science. It examines biomechanical and physiological adaptations, targeted interventions for musculoskeletal conditions, and the integration of advanced technologies. Research also covers manual therapy, motor learning, fall prevention, sensory feedback in injury rehabilitation, aquatic therapy, gait analysis in neurological disorders, and exercise adaptations. The findings collectively emphasize personalized approaches, technological advancements, and a biomechanical and physiological understanding for improved rehabilitation and performance outcomes.
