Abstract
Functional recovery assessment in physiotherapy is essential for evaluating treatment outcomes and guiding rehabilitation. This involves employing standardized measures to track improvements in mobility, strength, and daily activities, with specific considerations for neurological, orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, pediatric, and geriatric populations. Technology and patient-reported outcome measures enhance assessment accuracy and patient-centered care. Robust measurement properties of assessment tools and strict ethical considerations are fundamental for reliable and effective functional recovery evaluations.
