Abstract
Physiotherapy plays a critical role in scoliosis management through exercise-based interventions, postural correction, and patient
education, aiming to halt curve progression and improve quality of life. Specific programs like SEAS and the Schroth method are
highlighted for their efficacy in improving spinal alignment, trunk control, and reducing pain, potentially minimizing the need for
bracing. Research supports improvements in spinal mobility and muscle strength, with sustained benefits observed from consistent
exercise-based management for both adolescent and adult idiopathic scoliosis.
