Abstract
Physiotherapy plays a critical role in women’s health, addressing conditions such as stress urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, chronic pelvic pain, and menopausal symptoms through targeted exercises and manual therapies. It is integral to pre- and post-natal care, rehabilitation for female athletes, and the management of lymphoedema post-breast cancer treatment. Additionally, physiotherapy interventions benefit women with osteoporosis, sexual dysfunction, and endometriosis-related pain and are essential for recovery after gynecological surgery.
