Abstract
This compilation of research explores the multifaceted role of policy in driving clean energy innovation. It highlights the ef
fectiveness of diverse policy instruments, the importance of intellectual property, R&D collaboration, and innovation ecosystems.
Carbon pricing, public procurement, and international cooperation are identified as key levers. The studies also address challenges
related to emerging technologies, grid modernization, and the need for adaptive, equitable policy frameworks to accelerate the clean
energy transition.
