Precision physiotherapy marks a paradigm shift, focusing on individualized treatment plans derived from unique patient data.
It integrates advanced diagnostics, genetic information, biomechanical analysis, wearable sensors, digital health platforms, AI, and
machine learning to optimize outcomes and minimize recovery time. Imaging techniques, patient-reported measures, and digital
twins enhance personalization. Assessment of neuromuscular control and a holistic patient view are key. Continuous professional
development is crucial for practitioners.
