Abstract
This data encompasses studies on prefabricated construction, evaluating its environmental impact, adoption in developing countries, and use in healthcare. Digital technologies’ role is examined, along with structural performance, high-rise applications, and energy efficiency. The research also covers challenges in developing countries, lean principles, and life cycle costs [1-10]. This provides a broad overview of prefabrication’s diverse aspects.
