Abstract
This compilation explores diverse preventive health strategies, highlighting their efficacy across various domains. Nurse-led
interventions and digital health tools prove effective for chronic disease and cardiovascular prevention, respectively. Personalized
approaches and community-based programs enhance health outcomes for specific populations, including older adults. Workplace
wellness initiatives boost employee health and productivity. Strategies for mental health, vaccine uptake, and dietary management
for diabetes are crucial. Environmental interventions reduce disease incidence, while higher health literacy promotes preventive care.
These findings collectively advocate for integrated, multi-faceted public health models to combat illness and foster well-being.
