Abstract
This compilation of research reviews current prostate cancer prevention strategies. It covers lifestyle modifications, including diet rich in fruits and vegetables and regular exercise, and chemoprevention with 5-alpha-reductase inhibitors. Early detection through PSA screening is also discussed, alongside emerging research on the gut microbiome and inflammation. The impact of obesity, vitamin D, and soy consumption on prostate cancer risk is examined, emphasizing a multifaceted approach to prevention.
