Abstract
Pulmonary exercise therapy is essential for managing chronic respiratory diseases, focusing on improving exercise tolerance,
reducing dyspnea, and enhancing quality of life through tailored programs. It incorporates aerobic and strength training, along with
breathing exercises, to combat deconditioning and improve physical and psychological well-being. Telehealth is expanding access
to these crucial rehabilitation services, supported by patient education and multidisciplinary care.
