Abstract
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a cornerstone treatment for interstitial lung disease (ILD), significantly improving exercise capacity, reducing dyspnea, and enhancing quality of life. The approach involves tailored exercise training, education, and psychosocial support. Key components include aerobic, strength, and inspiratory muscle training, alongside self-management strategies and psychological support. Long-term benefits are sustained functional improvements and reduced healthcare utilization. Comprehensive assessment guides personalized program design. Tele-rehabilitation increases access, and a multidisciplinary team is essential for effective care
