Abstract
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a critical intervention for lung cancer survivors, aiming to enhance exercise capacity and quality of life while reducing symptoms. It involves a multidisciplinary approach including exercise, education, psychological support, and nutrition. Tailored exercise prescription, managing psychological distress, and educational empowerment are key. Tele-rehabilitation and multidisciplinary team involvement improve accessibility and comprehensive care. These programs significantly improve symptom burden and overall quality of life, with long-term adherence to physical activity being crucial for sustained benefits.
