Abstract
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a critical component of asthma management, encompassing exercise, education, self-care, and psychological support. It empowers patients, improves exercise tolerance, and enhances quality of life. Research confirms benefits like improved lung function, reduced dyspnea, and fewer exacerbations. Patient education and psychological interventions are integral. Technological advancements, such as telehealth, are increasing accessibility. Studies show sustained improvements in quality of life and sleep quality, with high patient adherence and satisfaction.
