Abstract
Pulmonary rehabilitation is a comprehensive intervention for chronic respiratory diseases aimed at improving symptoms, func
tional capacity, and quality of life. It involves exercise training, education, breathing techniques, and psychosocial support. Various
exercise modalities, self-management strategies, and delivery models are employed, with technology integration and nutritional sup
port playing significant roles. The long-term sustainability of benefits is also a key consideration.
