Abstract

Balance training technologies are rapidly advancing, utilizing innovations like virtual reality, wearable sensors, biofeedback,
exoskeletons, gamification, force plates, and augmented reality. These tools offer personalized, engaging, and objective methods for
rehabilitation and performance enhancement. They enable precise assessment of balance deficits, precise progress monitoring, and
tailored interventions. Emerging AI integration and telehealth platforms further enhance accessibility and effectiveness, promising
improved outcomes for individuals with various balance-related conditions.
