Received Date: Jul 02, 2025 / Published Date: Jul 30, 2025
Abstract
This collection of articles offers a comprehensive view of critical cellular signaling pathways and their profound implications in human health and disease. Topics range from G-protein-coupled receptors in immunity and novel immune checkpoints in cancer immunotherapy to kinase pathways in neurodegeneration, Wnt signaling in cancer, and JAK/STAT in autoimmune diseases. Other crucial pathways like NF-κB in inflammation, Notch in development, TGF-β in fibrosis, and mTOR in metabolism are also explored, alongside autophagy’s role in various pathologies. These insights underscore the significance of understanding complex cellular networks for identifying therapeutic targets and advancing drug development across diverse medical conditions
