Abstract
Building automation is advancing through the integration of technologies like \textit{Artificial Intelligence} (AI), IoT, and
blockchain. These innovations drive energy efficiency, improve security, and optimize system performance. Studies explore cloud
based solutions, HVAC control algorithms, and machine learning for fault detection. Smart building models, digital twins, and model
predictive control enhance real-time monitoring and renewable energy integration, leading to more sustainable and user-friendly
building environments.
