Abstract
This compilation of literature reviews examines critical components and technologies shaping the future of smart grids. It covers
advancements in AI/ML for grid optimization, cybersecurity threats and defenses, IoT applications for data management, and the
integration of distributed energy resources and energy storage. The reviews also delve into the significance of advanced metering
infrastructure, microgrids for resilience, blockchain for secure energy trading, and electric vehicle integration. Finally, demand
response strategies are analyzed for their role in grid efficiency and renewable energy assimilation.
