blockchain for robust cybersecurity, and the Internet of Things for seamless connectivity. The studies also address critical aspects such
as anomaly detection, communication protocol optimization, renewable energy integration, and the paramount importance of data
privacy. Furthermore, the research examines the deployment challenges and opportunities in developing nations and the significant
influence of smart metering on consumer energy behavior and conservation efforts.
