Abstract
This compilation presents diverse spectrophotometric methods for sensitive and selective analysis across environmental, biological, and pharmaceutical samples. Techniques quantify copper, antiviral, antifungal, antidepressant, antimalarial, antihyperlipidemic, antidiabetic, and antihypertensive drugs, along with acetaminophen. Emphasis is placed on green chemistry, smart approaches, and novel materials like carbon quantum dots and MOF-based electrodes. These innovations offer enhanced accuracy and sustainability for routine analysis, quality control, and therapeutic monitoring
