Abstract
Vision therapy is a dynamic treatment for binocular vision, eye movement, and focusing disorders, utilizing eye exercises to
enhancevisualskills. It is crucial for conditions like convergence insufficiency, amblyopia, and strabismus, improving visual comfort,
efficiency, and performance. Research supports vision therapy for convergence insufficiency and as an adjunct for amblyopia and
strabismus. The therapy leverages neuroplasticity, aids in managing visual stress and reading difficulties, and offers computer-based
options. It also enhances athletic performance and helps alleviate post-concussion visual symptoms. Early intervention in children
with developmental delays is highlighted for its positive impact on overall development.
