Abstract
This compilation of research addresses critical components of workplace health and employee well-being. Key areas include
mental health support, physical activity, ergonomic interventions, work-life balance, prevention of workplace bullying, occupational
stress management, healthy eating habits, sleep hygiene, and strategies for remote workers. The findings underscore the intercon
nectedness of physical and mental health with productivity and organizational culture, advocating for comprehensive approaches to
employee well-being in modern workplaces.
